Interview

When did it all start?

It’s funny but its started while I was in the kindergarten, I had an audition and have been chosen to go to musical school . Even though I never showed any talent for music but my dad was a pianist , so I followed his career to become a professional pianist too .

If you were an advertisement, what would your slogan be?

Your musical mentor , anytime, anywhere -unlock the music inside you .

What does your career mean to you?

It means being a constant source of inspiration and guidance, helping students uncover their musical voice. Its about fostering a deep love for the instrument, teaching both technique and expression, and empowering pianists to transcend the keys and communicate through music. Every lesson is an opportunity to spark creativity, build confidence, and connect emotionally to the art of piano playing.

What is your main motivation?

My main motivation is to communicate emotions and stories through the keys. Music has the power to connect deeply with others, and I’d be driven by the desire to evoke feelings, inspire thought, and bring people together through performance. It’s not just about technical mastery, but about playing with intention, soul, and expression. Every piece offers a new challenge, a chance to discover something fresh, and that constant journey of growth and artistic exploration. Music is a powerful language and I’d be driven by the desire to guide students towards discovering their unique sound and personal connection to the piano .

What is the part you enjoy the most? And the worst?

The part I enjoy the most is the act of performance . The ability to communicate emotions , ideas and stories without word , through the power of sound . Incredible rewarding for me watching how my students grow , not only as musicians but as individuals . On the other hand , the most challenging part might be dealing with frustration or lack of motivation from students. There is always pressure to achieve , keeping the balance between progress and enjoyment . Those moments can be tough , especially when you want to see them succeed.

Who are your idols?

It’s my teachers , who were guiding me not just through technical skill but also helping me navigate the deeper, more personal elements of my growth. The one who inspire you to push beyond limits , to embrace your unique voice , and to see failures as stepping stones . Learning from those you admire can foster a deep sense of purpose , because you’re being guided by those who genuinely want to see you succeed .

In case you need a break in your career, what else would you like to do?

I love sport , can’t live without it . Since childhood I was doing gymnastics, figure scating , at the moment my passion is to play tennis of course as a hobby . Also I love fashion . Probably will see myself as a stylist as very often get a compliment from people regarding how I dress .

Do you consider that nowadays there are more or less opportunities for new artists? Why?

I’d say that there are more opportunities for new artists today. The internet has made it easier than ever for artists to connect with other musicians , producers, and influencers around the world . Platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and social media give musicians the ability to self-promote, connect with fans, and build a career independently. However while the technology and tools have advanced, the role of the artist has become more complex. Artists are expected to be more than just musicians now—they’re also their own marketers, social media managers, and content creators. The constant demand for online presence and engagement can be exhausting and overwhelming, and not all artists are equipped or inclined to handle these additional responsibilities. It can sometimes dilute the creative process, as artists find themselves needing to focus as much on self-promotion as on their music. In summary, there are definitely more avenues for new artists today, especially with the rise of independent music production and digital platforms.

What would your idyllic life be like?

In this ideal life, I would embrace a deep connection to the arts and human expression. Music would serve not just as a career, but as a transformative tool for personal growth, helping others navigate life’s challenges and connect to their emotions in powerful ways. I also see my ideal life as one with ample room for creative downtime—time to reflect, rejuvenate, and explore other interests outside of music. Whether it’s reading, writing, learning about new technologies, or simply enjoying the beauty of a quiet morning, this life would allow me to recharge so I could continue pouring energy into the things I’m most passionate about. Inspiration doesn’t always come from a desk or a piano; sometimes it’s found in the stillness, in the connections we make with others, and in the beauty of everyday moments.

What are your next projects?

My upcoming projects are both exciting and meaningful, as I continue to explore new ways to share my passion for music. Recently, I was thrilled to be part of something special: the first-ever piano competition hosted by House of Pianos in Dubai. This is a significant milestone, not only for me as an artist but also for the local music community. I’m excited to be involved in this event, as it offers a platform for talented pianists to showcase their skills, and it’s an incredible opportunity for me and my students to participate and gain valuable experience. I also have plans to explore more collaborative projects with other musicians, as I believe that creating music together can be an immensely rewarding experience. Through all these endeavors, my focus remains on nurturing a love of music, supporting my students’ growth, and contributing to the musical community in Dubai. Each project is an opportunity to connect, inspire, and continue learning from those around me.
