Jaclyn Manfredi is singer and songwriter on the rise who fuses soulful R&B with contemporary beats to create a sound that is uniquely hers.
Jaclyn’s music career started when she was very young. Her first live performance was at the age of 7, and exactly 10 years later she made her debut at the acclaimed Apollo Theatre and Carnegie Hall in New York City.
Eager to find her voice through her own music, Jaclyn released her first EP, “Psychic” in 2019. The EP include 5 songs: “Psychic”, “GPS”, “Stick around”, “Parachute” and “Look away” featuring samples from the 60’s and 70’s mixed with contemporary beats to form Jaclyn’s own unique sound.
Manfredi has a rich blend of influences ranging from Amy Winehouse to Bruno Mars, and she’s known for putting a modern twist on classic soul. She draws from her own experiences to fill her music with honest and complex lyrics.
Move along is about standing up for yourself and having the confidence to own it. This year, Jaclyn realized that some people will try to bring you down or manipulate you just so they can feel good. She wanted to write about her personal experience because she needed to filter out what she was feeling. She thinks it’s important to realize your worth and sometimes when people leave, it can force that.
On August 27th she released her last single “Vice Versa” which is a fresh and upbeat song that we can’t stop listening to it.
