When did you start to get interested in music?
I always loved music but it was by the end of high school music that I realized that mys love for music was more than just consuming it but also creating it. So i decided to write a couple of songs and begin my adventures in various studios in the city.
If you were an advertisement, which would your slogan be?
El DYSCO DYSCO!
Which is the part you enjoy the most about music?
Creating lyrics but mainly MIXING VOCALS!!
Most artists say that through their art they learn more about themselves, heal injuries… In which aspects has music helped you?
Thanks to music I gained confidence in me and strength. By doing music getting out of your comfort zone is key in order to succeed. And doing it in front of artists, engineers, and specially crowds, it gave that confidence in me that I was lacking before
What does music mean to you?
For me music means everything. The music career is never easy. School path was maybe not mine but the music is. I know that that’s my diploma that I want to achieve.
Who are your idols?
My idols are Bad bunny, Drake, Travis Scott and Daddy Yankee.
If you didn’t like music, what would you like to do?
I would be an engineer or a music producer.
Do you consider that nowadays there are more or less opportunities for new artists? Why?
I think there are more opportunities than before with all this social networks. You just have to find the right way on how to brand yourself.
What would your idyllic life as an artist be like?
Try to be creative and always be one step ahead of my work. Innovative is key to maintain the relevance of your craft.
Which are your upcoming projects?
I just dropped my first EP “En Fragnol SVP” it is a Spanish ep with 30% of French. To mix the culture that we have in Montreal.
My goal is to release 3 more tracks by the end of 2021.
But my biggest project is on my Music Studio. By having the chance of my music studio, I want to give artists a new platform and help the city!
