Whether she is curating style content, hosting events, or planning future endeavors like opening her own clothing boutique, Domenica thrives on exploring new opportunities. "mission accomplished"

Interview

When did it all start?

I started as a model, and initially, the job brought me sexual requests and many humiliations, always refusing all this because I never make promises. doing it seriously was very hard work, I needed iron discipline, gym, diet, and few night outings; and success depended on the luck of being chosen for the right campaign/job. The money was little, the work environment was hostile and competitive. But I traveled all over Puglia and met many people. At the same time I was studying and preparing for a profession when I was older. for this reason I obtained two degrees with great difficulty, a three-year degree and a specialist one. Then thanks to the numbers I became an influencer.

If you were an advertisement, what would your slogan be?

mission accomplished, here is my slogan because I carry out all my objectives with tenacity and seriousness.

What does your career mean to you?

For me, career is everything…It means being a person at peace with oneself, who lives one’s feelings without repressing them. A successful person manages to find within themselves what makes them happy, taking into account their nature and not just the social and cultural conditioning that surrounds them. A successful person for me is a person aware of the fact that suffering is part of life. A successful person is not a moralist. A successful person is a person who has managed to establish the right connections with the right people, who has been able to recognize the elective affinities in the multitude. A successful person will die without major regrets and with the knowledge that they did what they could when they could. A successful person has, in any case, also had a certain amount of good luck, which doesn’t hurt. And I have had this.

What is your main motivation?

Precisely the awareness that I only have one life and therefore I might as well live it to the fullest and try and try again. There is nothing to lose. It is a continuous journey before the end. Life is beautiful for this very reason, however things go one day everything will end. We are allowed to try to be happy. So my main motivation is to achieve happiness.

What is the part you enjoy the most? And the worst?

The part I like most is the physicality, the thing I like least is the face with overly marked features.

Who are your idols?

My idol is anyone who can inspire me, teach me useful and interesting things and entertain me at the same time. At the moment I only have one, the super famous YouTuber Mr.Beast. He makes videos based on fun challenges. He makes videos in which he often throws in hundreds of thousands of euros and they are all well made. He manages to milk a lot of money from sponsors which allows him to do things well without worrying about expenses. He’s a misanthrope. He has a great team. It’s fun. He’s great, I’m not saying it, his numbers say it. The same goes for Valentina Ferragni, also a second idol of mine.

In case you need a break in your career, what else would you like to do?

could say what I would have liked to do in this life if I hadn’t had this type of career: certainly work as a psychiatrist in contact with patients in mental hygiene facilities. Why? Because since I was young, having been constantly interested in psychology and psychiatry, I realized how much this area needed SERIOUS professionals “devoted” to this “mission”.

Do you consider that nowadays there are more or less opportunities for new artists? Why?

I generalize: in civilized countries it’s like this, an artist has more job opportunities…. in Italy, however, courses are too often transformed into a way to avoid paying artists, instead of being a way to invest in young people. In fact, we are not trying to train young people without experience but to exploit their abilities by teaching little.

What would your idyllic life be like?

The perfect life, described in magazines, films, novels, fairy tales, does not exist. Life is an evolutionary path, which many believe develops over many existences, with ups and downs. The skill consists in achieving that self-awareness, that balance that makes you accept everything that life offers you without getting upset… Possibly with a smile. So neither peaks of joy nor collapses of depression. I love to say that I thank all the people I have met in my life. All without distinction, good, bad, beautiful or ugly, they contributed to making me who I am today…

What are your next projects?

never make plans, never think about the future, how do you plan something that exists today and tomorrow you don’t even know if you’ll be there? Dreamer? Once upon a time, today I look this world in the face and even if I wanted to dream I wouldn’t know what! Work? Technology? Society ? Love? Children? Freedom? There is no longer even a desert island or mountain where we can go and hide when we are in crisis so that we cannot be found. You can tell from the way I answered that I don’t dream anymore. There is a song by Gianni Morandi that says: there was a boy who, like me, loved the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
