Bianca Turner is a self-taught painter and writer whose artistic journey spans over 25 years. Holding a PhD in Economics and postgraduate studies in marine biology, Bianca initially turned to painting as a therapeutic escape from the stress of her corporate managerial career in the United States. Following the passing of her father, she devoted herself more deeply to art, transforming a personal passion into a professional vocation.
Recognizing the need to share her work with a wider audience, Bianca combined her analytical background with disciplined research and strategic marketing to elevate her profile as an artist. Over the past eight years, her dedication has resulted in international recognition, with her paintings exhibited in galleries, museums, and art fairs across the world. She has participated in over 100 group exhibitions and 10 solo shows, with works housed in private and corporate collections in the USA and South Korea.
In 2021, Bianca published her first book, The Business of Art, drawing on her unique experience as both an artist and economist. This work earned her an invitation in 2023 as a guest professor at the West University of Timisoara, Faculty of Visual Arts and Design, where she inspired students to pursue artistic careers while embracing entrepreneurial principles.
Beyond her personal practice, Bianca is committed to supporting other artists and contributing to charitable initiatives locally in Los Angeles and internationally. She believes in the transformative power of art, describing her philosophy with the words: “I am hope.” For Bianca Turner, art embodies the “definition of infinity,” and she remains devoted to creating meaningful work for the rest of her life.
