Interview

When did it all start?
I knew that acting was the only thing for me since I was a little girl. With every play I watched, and every character I empathized with, the longing to pursue the life of an actor grew stronger. So, I stepped forward into the world of acting, ready to breathe life into the stories waiting to be told.
If you were an advertisement, what would your slogan be?
Acting, where my mind quiets and my soul finds voice
What does your career mean to you?
My acting career encapsulates the very essence of who I am and what I aspire to be. It’s not just a profession. Acting is my medium for connecting with the world, for inspiring others through the power of storytelling. It’s a journey of self-discovery and growth.
What is your main motivation?
My main motivation for acting is the mental space that it offers me. A space where I can let go; let go of expectations, of overthinking, of all the things in my real life that I have to deal with. And just BE.
What is the part you enjoy the most? And the worst?
The best part of acting is the ability to evoke laughter and tears in others. It’s a privilege to be able to move people to where they become more aware of their tendencies because of a movie they have watched or a play they have seen. Another thing I appreciate about this craft so much is the collaborative nature of acting: the camaraderie among the cast and crew.

The worst part about acting is the uncertainty that accompanies this profession. It’s the unpredictability of the industry and the rejection that can weigh heavily on one’s spirit. However, I try to embrace setbacks as stepping stones toward growth and resilience, and the rewards of connecting with audiences and bringing stories to life far outweigh the occasional hardships.
Who are your idols?
As an aspiring actress, I draw inspiration from a diverse array of talented artists who have left an indelible mark on the world of acting. Among them are Meryl Streep, Viola Davis, Emma Stone, Jennifer Lawrence, etc. These remarkable women embody the resilience, passion, and commitment to their artistry that I aspire to emulate in my acting journey. I also consider my dad one of my idols since he taught me how to believe in myself, never give up, and always be kind.
In case you need a break in your career, what else would you like to do?
I would love to travel around the world capturing those moments on my camera and writing a book.
Do you consider that nowadays there are more or less opportunities for new artists? Why?
Yes, I believe there are more opportunities for new artists nowadays. With the rise of digital platforms, social media, and streaming services, artists have unprecedented access to audiences worldwide.
What would your idyllic life be like?
My idyllic life as an actress would be about living authentically, making meaningful connections, and leaving a legacy of storytelling that resonates with audiences for generations to come.
What are your next projects?
I am thrilled about the exciting projects that lie ahead. While I can’t divulge specific details at this moment, I can share that I am exploring a diverse range of roles that challenge me creatively. Additionally, I have just finished writing my short film script which I will be co-producing and co-starring in, and I am already working on the 2nd part of the script.
